The Oak Suite with approximately 190 square metres of floor area is one of Tasmania's most luxurious suites. The suite is appointed with its own private entrance, 3 separate bedrooms with 2 super king beds and 1 queen bed, and a cloudlike living room and dry bar, full kitchen and dining area, a private balcony, and private garden terrace. The suite features herringbone wood floors and carpeted bedrooms, brass fixtures, and crown moldings. There are two private bathrooms with showers and a bath tub. Each room benefits from bath amenities by Leif, luxurious linens, plush towels and bathrobes, armoire and valet stands, complimentary wi-fi, fully stocked mini bar and in-room safe.

A Historic Gem
Nestled within the heritage gardens of 'Claremont', Launceston, Tasmania, our Boutique Accommodation is within a meticulously restored heritage homestead from 1842. With high ceilings, super king beds, and modern amenities, we offer the perfect blend of luxury, history, and modern design. Hosting special meal functions celebrating local produce and vineyards, along with music events and art classes, we provide a unique experience for our guests.

The house is encompassed with federation fretwork made from local Celery Top pine, the main rooms and front facade are one of only two remaining examples of pisé construction in Launceston. The main hall of 'Claremont' is lined with rare fiddleback Tas Oak timber, and the over a century and a half old gardens are filled with English Oaks, rhododendrons, cupressus and a plethora of camelias bringing year long interest.
